Joaquin Mejia has been a friend of Jyoti for many years. Together with founder Late Dr. Prof. Saryu N. Dixit, Joaquin was instrumental in obtaining buses and other equipment for the school which were donated by Rotary International. Currently retired, Joaquin has served on the board for more than twenty years.
